Hi, I’m Sean O’Leary and I’d like to talk to you a little bit about my journey...

Back, in my late forties I was deeply unhappy. I was a fat, immobile and completely unfit Finance Director who drank too much and was thoroughly dissatisfied with my life!!

Why was I so frustrated when I had a loving family, a comfortable lifestyle and good social network? The problem was that, more than anything, I was dissatisfied with myself. I was unfulfilled – lost really!

Having taken stock, I then did some work on myself over a five-year period. As part of my inner work, to become more self-aware, I trained in Applied Psychology, Performance Coaching and continued my life-long study of the great thinkers. As part of my outer, physical work, I trained in yoga and gymnastics and explored nutrition and all aspects of wellbeing - becoming lean, strong and flexible. Importantly, I also found purpose and meaning in my business life – something I had struggled with for 30 years.

All of my discoveries are shared with you in this course.

Sean is a serial entrepreneur and wellness expert. Since retiring from his first business at 34, some 20 years ago, he has been searching for and experimenting with better ways to do business and better ways to live.

This course is the culmination of those enquiries and draws on Sean’s wide business experience in the UK and internationally, both as principal and senior adviser as well as his detailed studies in movement, nutrition, performance psychology, philosophy and the wider aspects of wellbeing.

Sean’s passion and purpose are to share with subscribers, practical tools, tips and techniques to express the very best version of themselves physically, mentally and emotionally, whilst creating businesses that bring them joy.

Josh O'Leary

With a Degree in Biological Sciences from Edinburgh University and a brief a career in banking behind him, Josh took a five-year deep dive into the worlds of health, nutrition and fitness.

A professionally qualified personal trainer, Josh is a lifelong contrarian and proud skeptic. He constantly questions preconceived notions and conventional wisdom in the worlds of nutrition and exercise in order to craft an understanding of these fields that breaks all the old rules.

He is driven by a frustration with out- dated paradigms that are keeping people overweight and unwell and a desire to spread the word on the combination of modern science and ancient wisdom that brings the achievement of optimal physical health within everyone’s grasp – without the boredom and stresses that are usually considered necessities in this process.

Josh looks at everything through an evolutionary prism.

Daryl Woodhouse

Daryl has enjoyed great success at a young age as strategist, adviser and consultant to high growth companies across many industries. He is also a respected International keynote speaker.

More importantly, he has overcome personal traumas, including “burn-out”, and subsequently been blessed with the insight that to be truly successful in business it has to be fun and less stressful than we have been conditioned to expect.

Daryl’s passions and purpose are to help others to become the best they can. He is angered by the consultancy sector, with its inconsistency in delivering affordable, credible and actionable advice to business leaders and entrepreneurs. He relentlessly rejects traditional approaches to business, whilst creating, innovating and evolving his own tools and methods to help others get ahead faster and easier.
